SHIPPING POLICY

Miibeautyy ships to most countries worldwide via USPS or UPS. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS and/or FedEx.

Shipping & Handling Fees

• $7.00 flat fee for all domestic orders (United States)

• $14.00 flat fee for all international orders

All orders include tracking and can be tracked via USPS.com or UPS.com.

Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of 7–14 business days.

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

All products are handmade to order.

Delivery Time

• United States: 1–7 business days after shipment

• International: 14–30 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, restocks, and limited-edition launches.

Shipping Delays & Customs

Miibeautyy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, or transportation disruptions (air or ground). We are also not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or additional charges once the package has left the United States.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are undeliverable through USPS, FedEx SmartPost, DHL, or international carriers will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

All Miibeautyy products are handmade and made to order. Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final.
